Reports claim that thousands of food-laden packages sent to US Marines in the Middle East are stuck in limbo.

Photos taken on American warships near Iran show lunch trays that are two-thirds empty. Servicemen's families have tried to send care packages but have found that parcels have been left sitting in post offices. This is the result of the US Postal Service suspending deliveries to 27 military zip codes across the Middle East.

Despite the viral images, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and the US Navy claim there are more than enough food supplies available.
