How about some advice from an OLD MAN --> Moderation ! Fuck your ollady in the morning Go to work do all the things you have to as a Man ( we have to do a lot of shit) If you don't have a ollady beat your meat Do what ever it takes just a few minutes your done - Then do what you need/want to to make yourself the best Man you can be and that's a WIN in my book..
