Not sure of the exact things... but I think in Australia some woman fucked up in a car and had a BAC of 0.29 - that is where MOST people would be dead from an overdose.
Not sure of which system and what measurement scales etc., are used in the USA and other places...
However she was intoxicated but not slurring badly and crawling out the car on her hands and knees etc..
