As per Imam Suyuti who made a comparison with the Fast of Ashura to the Mawlid of the Prophet ﷺ. Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani presents a view that both The Prophet Ibrahim عليه صلاة و السلام and The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was born in Muharram on the 10th of Muharram صيام عاشوراء.
