There are three main accusations that are thrown
1 pimping
2 selling Christian women
3 running an escort service via NikkahGram

Mubahala literally means:

“To invoke the curse of Allah upon the liars.”

In Islamic terminology, Mubahala refers to a solemn supplication in which two opposing parties invoke Allah’s curse upon whichever side is lying after clear evidence has been presented

The Qur’anic Basis of Mubahala

The event of Mubahala is mentioned explicitly in the Qur’an in:

Surah Āl ʿImrān (3:61)

فَمَنْ حَاجَّكَ فِيهِ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ فَقُلْ تَعَالَوْا نَدْعُ أَبْنَاءَنَا وَأَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَنِسَاءَنَا وَنِسَاءَكُمْ وَأَنفُسَنَا وَأَنفُسَكُمْ ثُمَّ نَبْتَهِلْ فَنَجْعَل لَّعْنَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْكَاذِبِينَ

Translation:

“Then whoever disputes with you concerning him (ʿĪsā) after knowledge has come to you, say: Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, then let us invoke Allah’s curse upon the liars.”
(Qur’an 3:61)
