The ICC has declassified an arrest warrant for a Philippine senator over alleged crimes against humanity linked to the Duterte-era war on drugs.
Political risk consultant and lawyer Adriel Kasonta joins RT International to react, arguing that the case reflects what he calls the selective application of international justice. He says the ICC disproportionately targets leaders and officials from the Global South while countries such as the United States and Israel avoid the same level of accountability.
