The ICC has declassified an arrest warrant for a Philippine senator over alleged crimes against humanity linked to the Duterte-era war on drugs.
Political risk consultant and lawyer Adriel Kasonta joins RT International to react, arguing that the case reflects what he calls the selective application of international justice.
