'Saif al-Islam had a realistic plan to regain Libya for Libyans' — Gaddafi's fmr spox
Tripoli authorities are investigating the killing of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, the son of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, who was considered de-facto Prime Minister during his father's leadership and was widely expected to replace him.
But their government fell during the civil war and NATO intervention in 2011.
A decade later, Saif declared his intentions to run for Libyan president, but elections were later postponed indefinitely.
Regarded by many in his homeland as the last symbol of unity in a nation torn apart by unrest, his death stunned the North African state.
To discuss this we talk to Executive Secretary of the African Legacy Foundation and former spokesperson for Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, Moussa Ibrahim.
