Russian FM Lavrov addresses General Debate at UNGA

Russian FM Sergey Lavrov delivered a speech at the General Debate of the 78th United Nations General Assembly, giving Moscow's view on such topics as cybersecurity, the changing role of the Arab League, decolonization, Kosovo degradation, BRICS development, China's activities and the place of Russia in a rising global multipolarity.
