Fetzer is the classic hoaxer.
He tries to fill the evidentiary gaps with elements of fantasy typical of hoaxer mythology, which seeks to link every attack to some internal, obscure, and covert force operating within the United States, thereby deflecting blame from foreign actors. As if that weren’t enough, he ultimately claims that everything believed about 9/11 is false. It’s the classic hoaxer (what some call a “truther”), spreading disinformation as if it were fact.
