You say "sorry" when you have a minor accident, like when you accidentally step on someone's shoe, or accidentally bump trolleys at the local market. DELIBERATELY failing to include the list of potential dangerous and deadly side affects for an untested gene-mutating subdermal injection because you KNEW it would raise red flags and affect your profit margins isn't an "oopsie" moment. That's premeditation, and all those complicit in said obfuscation should stand trial.
