Peruvian police use Halloween disguise to carry out drug bust

Police in Peru took advantage of Halloween festivities to disguise some of their officers and perform a drug bust. On Tuesday night, they arrested two siblings in a raid on a house in Montenegro, where they also seized money and drugs.
