An Update about Camera: When you go into 4K mode mostly all settings get locked out, so when you try setting something like White Balance is said unavailable in 4K mode. But yesterday for some reason it let me adjust the white balance and shutter speed which has help greatly, I have tested it and the lighting stays steady now in 4K.

Turned off all automatic stuff. Its like someone turned another light on and off
