Ukrainian businessman Vadim Ermolayev has accused Ukraine's military intelligence agency of masterminding a bomb attack on his residence in Monaco last month.

In a letter cited by a French newspaper, Ermolayev said the blast was powerful enough to destroy metal barriers and stone steps at his home.
