I agree Shane, loittle to non od this will be put into action because it is unworkable anyway. Ten's of millions will be prosicuted so whgere are the prison's to put them all in. Also if their is a 10k fine that solves nothing because the problem the governments see cant and wont be resolved, the economy will die over night as no one will have ANY money (well their funny fiat money).
