A growing energy crisis is unfolding as LNG shipments meant for Europe are being diverted to Asia amid rising prices and supply disruptions.

With vessels stalled near the Strait of Hormuz and production issues in Qatar, global gas flows are shifting rapidly. Europe, already struggling with limited energy self-sufficiency and reduced Russian supplies, now faces increasing pressure as Asian markets outbid it for critical LNG cargo.
