Short...sweet, and right the point!
Stupid Driving.... No Seat Belt....... etc. Ruined ONE perfectly good car..... IF he got no damage from the ejection - the water was just deep enough, and he landed on his back, to survive the landing... (probably) No sympathy either.
I give him an 8 out of 10 for execution. Car on it's wheels and a cannonball would've got him a 10.

@Drums_McBashington: I was assuming that on the car being rolled - and landing in water... I fucked up actually - dropped a thought... The cas wasn't rolled on the wet beach and the tide rolled in - it was rolled and landed in the water... Duh....
