It only works in fiction. Real life trans people are usually insane woke clowns with the Adam's apple. Women who go trans are simply idiots losing their advantage in modern life. Fictional Western trans characters are clowns also. Basically it only works in anime/Eastern gaming and is somehow still funny/fun. Because they aren't activists.
