I would have.
I am not objecting to going very fast like 250 - 350 Kmh.... The issue is there is a time and a place for this. 2:30am on the freeway and no other traffic for 20 or 30 Km... fine.... Going through traffic with other road users at these kinds of speeds - the margin of error is so fine I don't give a rats arse if he kills him self... It's all the other innocents that he puts at risk for serious injury, property damage and death... Fuck Him.
Put a bounty on his head - dead or alive., and a free replacement car if you ram him to death at the lights.
