"Dr. Peter McCullough is an internist, cardiologist and epidemiologist in Dallas, Texas, with more than 1,000 publications and testimony before the US Senate, House and European Parliament. He presents his view of pandemic preparedness, arguing that mRNA vaccines were long in development and that the vaccine's spike protein is responsible for the injuries heard at the inquiry. He argues the virus was engineered, and describes what he says is a genetic and antibody variation that explains why only some people are injured. McCullough reviews papers on fatal myocarditis, aneurysms and hemorrhage, and describes patient cases he says show vaccine material and spike protein persisting years later and in tumour tissue.

He raises concerns about rising cancer rates. He describes a spike antibody blood test and the multi-drug protocol he uses and says has helped his patients, including natural products, colchicine and sweating, and criticizes Canadian regulators and doctors for not offering them. In questions, he says vaccinating children should stop and that no country has reviewed vial contents. He also argues that injured people should take action themselves.
