"Deanna McLeod, who studied immunology and cognitive psychology at McMaster University, worked nearly a decade in pharmaceutical oncology sales and marketing before founding an independent medical research firm in 2000. Her firm has published over 50 peer-reviewed guidelines and systematic reviews, supported an audit of Alberta's COVID-19 response, and recently presented cancer trend findings to the US president's cancer panel. She says she is testifying, though not a doctor, because clinicians have been censored, and describes a shift under emergency orders from an individual to a collective risk-benefit framework and the influence of public-private partnerships.

McLeod reviews the six-month Pfizer trial publication, arguing it showed a small absolute reduction in COVID cases alongside more side effects, including cardiovascular deaths. She then presents Ontario data, obtained by FOIA with the Canadian Citizens Care Alliance, showing higher COVID case rates in vaccinated and boosted groups after Omicron, short-term infection clusters after rollout, and rises in immune-related conditions, iron deficiency anemia, anaphylaxis and Bell's palsy.

She says she cannot assert causation from population data. She also presents ovarian inflammation and pregnancy-related figures, and challenges the reporting of miscarriage data.
