At one point I never used wifi. Then I turned it on only when I used it. Then I realized I was drowning in all my neighbors' wifi anyway, so I left it on

In my living room there's my Wi-Fi and 3 other more. For years maybe, I used my neighbour's Wi-Fi for free. Then the ISP made some changes and I now can't use it anymore...
