I love these videos. The mastery or even improvement of transition movement leads to such a drastic increase of usability in the body. Muscle isolation can have a purpose especially if your only goal is aesthetics or specific movements. This is very underappreciated. This dude is a beast and at 50 he's in better shape than almost all 20 year olds. What a champ.
