But most importantly I’m curious what he refers to when he says — wait for a crash? Does he mean a dip, or does he mean what happened recently with crypto?
Although to be truthful I just saw it as a big dip caused by a mania of fear due to multiple variables. Amongst them being biden wanting to raise capital gains tax.
I wonder if he is referring to the renters not paying when he says a bunch of homeless people are living in one of his properties. The one with the lake.
