You gotta go with a government job because of the job security and people are less ambitious nobody is trying to be a hot shot, which is a good thing, its the thing you do when you are older and want a job to do until retirement. In office jobs (public and private companies) it's at will employment, they will fire you if you are not a "good fit" codeword for they weren't feeling you (really feminine shit), you gotta be a hyper neurotypical normie, they are run like frats/sororities or cults.
