You can have strong convictions, but if you refuse to allow others to disagree, you isolate yourself

So often in men's spaces, we shun, chase off or disagree and because of this we shut each other out. The only ones that lose when we do this, are ourselves. Be being more open minded to others, we can learn something and also find like minded companions.
