Reminds me of my time in fandom back in the 80s/90s. Editors/leaders of various fan publications put people with no talent into leadership positions merely for being their friends or agreeing with their politics. They aggressively played favorites and then wondered why nobody bought their newsletters. Meanwhile the creative people would band together and do things outside the management's purview, which would cause the latter to freak out and accuse us of "betraying" them.
Hmm, maybe we should make a Movie Tyrant where part of the game is playing the wokies!? Like Pedowood studios just did... and we can add FAG io it! You know Film Actors...
