The taxi has Cyrillic (style) writing on the side of it and it has 999999 for a phone number, so it would suggest a smaller country with perhaps 8 to 12 million people in it, or a poor country where phone numbers are not in high numbers. There is a difference between watching a video and examining the details...

I like the tall skinny one in the blue top, I like the looks and I like the body - but she is a retardedly viscious little cunt.... Hitting someone in the head with a tyre iron - repeatedly when they are already down and probably unconscious - is totally uncalled for and it's likely to kill them.... It's hard on a global basis to find many locations because there are squillions of them, and unless you know the street and building - for the most part you have little to no chance of finding them, especially with historical / older / old / really really old footage. I suppose one could contact the taxi company and find out where the fight took place.... and that depends upon the language issues, and how old the video is, and if the driver is still there etc....
