Women Will Now Be Jailed for Paternity Fraud as a New Law Passes Making Paternity Fraud a Crime

Doesn't matter how long something has been a law. Prenumps are thrown out all the time by judges. Considering the sentencing gap for females for serious crimes... that the fraud would likely be brought up in a family court... best of luck but I wouldn't hold my breath.
There won't be reasonable hope for justice... not in our society, not any time soon, not without a world of painful change.
