I understand what you described.
From secondary school to about age 30 females told me to FOAD, because I was not a scumbag bad boy. That was what the females wanted here in Australia at the time: dragging knuckles, a low IQ, flannel shirts and, preferably, a criminal record.
After age 30 things began to change. Women had moved on from the bad boys and began to take a considerable interest in me.
By that time, my interest in them was close to zero. I had been rejected, Friend Zoned, used, played and left broken hearted so many times that there was nothing left inside me.
I went MGTOW monk before there was a term for it.
Now, I enjoy the looks on their faces when I reject them. Women are not used to sexual rejection. Once they become desperate enough to make the first move, a rejection really hurts them.
The nice guy who wanted one special girl to love does not live her any more. Women killed him.
A couple of weeks ago a post-wall female (who had not aged well) had an outburst that bordered on hysteria when I thanked her for her interest, but I was a MGTOW (I had to explain what that was) monk, so I did not have personal relationships with women. Too much pain and far too much legal and financial liability.
I was told that I was bitter and that I had rejected her because of what other women had done, which was unfair. All of which was, of course, true. Care factor: zero.
I also told her that I could not be alone with a female, because of the risk of a @MeToo or false rape allegation, which would jeopardise my security licence.
Her face went purple. - lol
