Hiring women destroys businesses and the effectiveness of coworkers. Women in general do not want to work near as hard or with as much dedication as a man. Women create drama and division at the workplace. They are especially good at sabotaging and maligning male co-workers for their own gain. Plus employers cannot discipline women without some lawsuit on them.
