Yeah, I can imagine what would happen if I didn't obey my D.I. He'd probably make me drown in sand. Then he'd make the rest of the platoon do the same. Then I'd probably get a blanket party that night from the platoon. This was the late 70s, just after the Vietnam war. Three of the four D.I.s were Vietnam vets, and the fourth D.I. was Force Recon, so no one fvcked around.
