Women could start with being grateful for a man's attention, like in the good old days, instead of considering it worthless and bare minimum. Feminism has worked amazingly well in creating a delusion in half the population's minds in that regard.
Another big reason men stay away is because of all the emotional trauma and baggage most women carry around. Who wants to cleanup a previous tenant's mess? Not most men. Be aware of your mental baggage and realize that you DO need a man to control and manage it. Who better to learn to control emotions from than the half of the population that learned these skills already from a young age?
