Why would she in a society that doesn't hold women accountable.
Arrests don't matter, sentences do. They've destroyed the nuclear families that created communities that cared.
You're left with a legitimate rat race, people don't know/trust their neighbors, everybody is stepping on someone, to try to get a leg up. $$$ is all that matters.
