This is why I've been saying for a long time that a mental test, IQ test and training should be done before allowing anyone to own a pet.
I have fostered over 30 dogs, most of whom were abused or neglected. I would have bounced her head off the concrete like a basketball.
i would have killed her straight out. she would have got the same treatment
