You never made any effort to contact the tyre manufacturer, to ask them what the markings meant.

You never asked "a competent man" at the tyre distributors what the markings meant.

AND you never ever pulled out the OWNERS MANUAL to see what the car manufacturer specified as their recvommended tyre pressure.
