In answer to your question, during an argument between my parents (I was 11 or 12), my father asked my mother (sarcastically, I believe) why did she stay with him as long as she did (I had 6 siblings then)? She blurted out: "Your d!ck!" My older brother and I couldn't believe what we just heard, but our mother loved to argue, as her mother (my grandmother) also did with HER husband. Needless to say, he obviously laid the pipe to my mother well, but it didn't stop them from eventually getting divorced in '75, same year ironically, that my older brother was shot and killed. Just sayin'..
