Woman causes power outage in Utah after mental breakdown

A crazy woman yelling about ‘the world no longer being safe’ caused a large power outage in Salt Lake City, Utah, after she broke into an electricity substation and began climbing on a high-voltage transformer in an apparent suicide attempt. She was zapped, but only by a taser.
