We need to start pushing for family court transparency.

On the first case, how many children did that family have? Alimony is mostly decided (I do not know for sure) on income. The fact that a bus driver (who makes next to nothing) is paying alimony means the law is not logical, they have some sort of agenda to extract as much as possible. The woman gets a the $, but I am thinking they tax all that so the state gets a good portion of all that $ in taxes.

That is so sick! 65% of his income (way over the 50%). Does he even have an incentive to even work after that? No wonder so many guys commit suicide.
