Why controlling your urges to overreact to what women do grows attraction.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who struggles with overreacting and assuming the worst when he hasn’t heard from a woman he likes. He has a hard time when women don’t do what he expects. He’s learning to deal with the illusion of action when he hasn’t heard from her. He discusses a recent example that had him freaking out at first, but then she finally reached out.
