i agree with the harem system but that needs to be coupled with a war like society that goes to war and either kills or enslaves the conquered men and turns the women into war brides otherwise your gonna have a lot of disgruntled men in your own society that are unhappy with it, that is till we get blade runner waifus, then the problem would be solved
