In this watch-along video I dive into how I see the growing decline in reading habits among the young; but also among the old.

Reading is has habitual qualities to it. One can build either positive and negative associattions with the activity. School create an environment to build negative associations. Among them is the association of reading with work.

Adults carry this negativity built up in youth and consequently carry an aversion to reading.
