Why are men avoiding going home after long day?
More and more men call me at pipcoaches.com and counsel with me on this issue: they are not happy at home. No peace, only loud voices and resentment. But why?
Jibril came to the Prophet ﷺ and said:

“O Messenger of Allah, this is Khadijah coming to you with a vessel of food or drink. When she comes to you, convey to her greetings of peace from her Lord and from me, and give her glad tidings of a palace in Paradise made of qasab (pearls/hollow pearls) wherein there is neither noise nor fatigue.”

The key phrase is:

لَا صَخَبَ فِيهِ وَلَا نَصَبَ

“There will be no noise therein and no fatigue.”

Regarding the commentary you mentioned, the Andalusian scholar Abu al-Qasim al-Suhayli explained:

“She was given glad tidings of a house in Paradise because she never raised her voice above the voice of the Prophet ﷺ, nor did she ever cause him distress or harm.”

Al-Suhayli connected the reward to her character:

* She never shouted at the Prophet ﷺ.
* She never argued with him in a way that caused him distress.
* She was a source of comfort and tranquility.
* When the people of Makkah caused him noise, stress, and hardship, she was his refuge and relief.
