@Eggy_Noggy: I was in Juarez half a year ago and had no problem with the Cartel. So unless things have changed since then, I guess it's gone to hell by now. I honestly find it hard to believe that the Cartels made sex tourism obsolete there. I've been in many Mexican cities where Cartel activity is rampant, and the general rule is to simply stay lowkey. But maybe you're right... Juarez could be different now.

Think about it...that's some cushy job where when you retire you are set for life as a man; you will constantly be on the teat of the government; also easier for the guy to go overseas and live. Why would they want a competent man to have that opportunity?

You may find black men in the garbage collector jobs; saw a lot of em there the little time I did that job; very important job but the workers are treated poorly. You may also see a few in the police; a lot of them also do security or work at autozone or warehouse jobs in places like amazon or walmart but good paying government jobs; naw man...they would rather give it to single mothers...in particular, black single mothers. No one wants to wife up these abominations and the amount of free money the government can give to them has drastically reduced so...they get em into those jobs
