Well if you embrace your Being Alone Time good things will happen like self actuation and strength and self reliance, no need to seek approval or validation from those below your standing.It's not for everyone, but if you embrace it the benefits far out weigh the negatives.

I believe do. I believe Carl Jung wrote a couple of books; I only read from onevorvtwo, but I do remember nobody else in his Psychology department had a clue what he was doing, well professors or associate profesdors until he published.
