When I have to get on the phone with incompetent customer service

The male representative is calm, polite, and sometimes chatty. The female rep ALWAYS has a shitty attitude, doesn't know shit, wont answer shit, and just tells you to call another number, or gives you a wrong number.

@NPCinthecity: Yeah - and when they get forced to comply with being put back on point, the stupids always say, "Oh your very rude!" - which is a sign of them being LOW IQ and fucking liars, who use "bullshit" as some kind of an escape clause....
