Isn't this the same SCOTUS that participated in Trump's 2nd Impeachment trial (for which the purpose was for 2/3 of the Senate to vote to remove him from office), even though he had already LEFT office? Why wasn't THAT TRIAL considered Unconstitutional by SCOTUS? Just asking for a friend (Popp/Blake). Make that make sense.
