If you can understand his thick english accent he says "To create a Water Tight seal" whatever the Fuck that means because water will rust metal regardless and like I said Plumbing for better or worse changed since 1986

@DIOSUNBALLZ_TALICHAD: Water will not rust brass or copper, they are forever. You want a seal tighter than frog pussy
..water tight. The changes I saw in the early 2000’s was PEX pipe for water. All the skill of running copper was being eliminated, along with craftsmanship. But that’s the new way of the world.

@GenerationLESS: Rust or cause mould or whatever that guy was talking about because understanding him was a chore. PEX PIPE? where im at they call it PVC pipe are they similar? Never heard of PEX PIPE yet I know what PVC pipe is. Copper and Lead Pipes were Supreme yet now they getting rid of or replaced with plastic versions because "IT CORRODES AND CAUSES POISIONING" I agree the craftmanship on purpose and design has been eliminated and the new breed are not smart enough or tough enough to bring back the old best ways yet "WE ARE BETTER AND SMARTER THAN THE OLDER GENERATIONS" has been the way of thinking since 1990 till current day a shame really

@DIOSUNBALLZ_TALICHAD: PEX = Polyethylene Cross-stitch. It’s fast, comes in rolls, water can freeze without splitting it, and it can be imbedded in concrete. The drawback is that rats know there’s water inside and will chew through it, which they can’t do with copper. But the price of copper will never compete with PEX.

@GenerationLESS: Facts, you are a real man of experience didnt think about the rats, yeah they chew through NON copper and lead pipes they were built to last yet rats wont break their teeth on metal PEX is easier and yeah cheaperto get PEX if tge pencil pusher idiots say they can make houses or homes or property for cheap so they can sell for high profit and all the tradesmen look at them like you fuckers and now you a want to bitch to us about deadlines when you give us a raw deal on price and parts
