What do you think of this chicks personality and state of mental health?

⁣She is the one in the center of the three women at the start, and then the gets up dancing and has a clothing change into a banana yellow flexible tube dress...

⁣She is the tall dark haired one....

The issue is, is she is either super cheery (hopefully) or has some kind of a personality disorder.
Maybe you guys will see things in her that I don't.

Little red flags - like could she be manic depressive / bipolar? Is she looking like she is up there on drugs of some kind?

Or is she a genuinely cheerful person who is thrilled about the day to day on going things.

Does she look like she would make a good partner and mother of my children?
