Yeah one one hand - flying through heavy fog, in a mountain region, one would think that it's a high risk activity and the crash seems to be fair and reasonable.
Instruments and GPS and an altimeter, etc., it should not really have happened....
BUT....
On the other hand, what better time and place to bring a helicopter down, and kill the occupants, than under the cover of a heavy fog.
